Writer, performer and art historian Ida Marie Hede holds an MA in Aural and Visual Culture from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and an MPhil in Art History from the University of Copenhagen. She graduated from the Writer’s School in Copenhagen [Forfatterskolen] in 2008. Ida Marie Hede ́s books and performative readings investigate the space between body, text and the collaborative. Her literary practice poeticizes and accelerates collisions and entanglements between contradictory contemporary conditions and materialities. Published works include Seancer, 2010; GIZMO [with Christian Mayer, published in English and German], 2012; Det Kemiske Bryllup, 2013; Kollektive læseformer [with Amalie Smith] 2013 and Inferno [with Signe Schmidt Kjølner Hansen], 2014. Alongside her artistic practice, Ida Marie Hede works as an educator, curator, researcher and facilitator, most recently at Pork Salad Press, Kunsthøjskolen Holbæk and Kunsthal Charlottenborg.

Ida Marie Hede is the main teacher of the masterclass programme of 2015.


STEVENSTEVEN ZULTANSKI [US]

Poet and critic Steven Zultanski received his MFA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He lives and works in Brooklyn and is currently a doctoral candidate in Poetics at SUNY Buffalo. He is the author of four books of poetry: Pad [Make Now Press, 2010], Cop Kisser [Book Thug, 2010], Agony [Book Thug, 2012] and Bribery [Ugly Duckling Presse, 2014]. His critical work has appeared in P-Queue, Jacket 2, Rain Taxi and elsewhere. Steven Zultanski gives readings widely, and co-curated the Segue Reading Series at the Bowery Poetry Club.

LBLILIBETH CUENCA RASMUSSEN [DK]
Video- and performance artist Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen is a graduate from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Her practice is based on performance art and transformed into different materials and medias such as video, photography, sculpture and installations. Her performances and videos often involve scripted texts, songs, composed music as well as intricate visual elements that include set design and costumes. Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen has been a guest speaker at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and at Funen Art Academy. Furthermore, she has been a guest teacher at the Writer’s School in Copenhagen [Forfatterskolen]. In 2011 she represented Denmark at the Venice Biennale with her piece Afghan Hound.

Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen is the guest teacher at the masterclass from 8th to 12th of June 2015.

HELENAHELENA ERIKSSON [SE]
Writer and translator Helena Eriksson has studied philosophy and painting. She is living in Gothenburg. During the 90s she was on the editorial board of the journal Ord & Bild. In recent years she has taken part of the editorial work with the magazine OEI. Helena Eriksson made her debut as a poet in 1990 and has since then published nine books of poetry. She translates poetry and prose from French, German and English. In 2015 appeared the essay Någon syr, är det du? En bok om Unica Zürn och Hans Bellmer [Somebody is sewing, is it you? A book about Unica Zürn och Hans Bellmer], and two volumes with translations of Zürn and Bellmer. Furthermore, she has been a guest teacher and tutor at the school Literary Composition [Litterär gestaltning] in Gothenburg.
