The science-fiction writer Johanna Sinisalo is described as one of Finland’s greatest living authors. Her body of work spans widely from the dystopian novel The Core of the Sun to Not Before Sundown – a beautiful story about nature and culture, power and powerlessness. She is currently promoting her latest dystopian novel with the Danish title Tordenfløjten which focuses on weather and the elements.
